I am very unhappy with Cav Karaoke. I contacted Cavan last year and spoke to him about providing his service for my wedding. He was very nice and personable and I trusted him. He asked that I pay the deposit through his paypal account. I paid $200 via his paypal account (over a year in advance for my wedding) and waited for the contract to be sent. Well, a few weeks later we had to reschedule my wedding due to my fiance having military obligations and I asked Cavan for my deposit back. He then stated he could not return it but would keep the money in case I want to use his services later. Long story short, I was very upset and reported him to the BBB where he stated he sent me a contract after I made the payment- and he had conveniently lost the email showing he sent me the contract. Point of story is, he did not refund my deposit and no I would not use him for my wedding services. My wedding has been rescheduled and I have found a professional and reliable service that provided me with a contract and was upfront and honest with me.
