I love it here. The staff is wonderful.

Shady community, shady business practices. I moved into one of their upstairs 2/2 with a roommate and within a month we were seeing roaches. That wasn't the worst part, though. A week after moving in I was sexually assaulted on their property. At first, management was all understanding. Told me I could switch apartments with my roommate, or I could switch to my own apartment, or I could move out and my roommate could get another apartment, or I could move out and my roommate could find somebody else to take up the lease. I chose the last option and was assured that I wouldn't be held accountable for anything. Move out, a few months later I check my credit report -- suddenly there's a charge for nearly 3k. I call them, no answer. Keep calling, keep getting no answer, finally move back down to the area and go by to talk to them. Office manager is evasive (she was the one that told me I could do any of those things and not have it count against me) and directed me to the property manager, who told me even though I wasn't living on the property, even though I was told I wouldn't be held accountable, I didn't have it in writing so she wasn't going to do anything to help me. I've disputed the charge, spoken to the owner... this is my last resort.
