Don't do it!

Took emblems off my tailgate for a wrap as discussed. I tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of them after the work was complete to discuss why the area around my tailgate handle was ripped and lifting. Also wanted to ask where my emblems where at that they removed. It took me 3 weeks and numerous calls to finally get a call back. When I did the employee talked me me like I was ignorant. Then proceeded to tell me they were damaged and thrown away. I asked why they never told me and why it took so long to get ahold of them. And discussion continued and he told me I was "out of luck" and "oh well". Owner finally returned my call and same conversation ensued. I told him I wanted my money back from the wrap that is peeling and to replace my badges that they through away. I was then told that I was not welcomed there. I will be filling in small claims court to solve this issue.

Don't waste your time with this place. My husband informed the girl at the front desk, that he wanted the title of the shoppe above the door for it was going to be my sign on the very first visit to signway. He went back to the shoppe to give her an accurate measurement of the window and called back with the info and she put him on speakerphone with her boss. They discussed what we wanted as far as lettering and gave them the name of the font. After paying up front for vinyl lettering to go on a window ABOVE the entrance to my resale shoppe and waiting over two weeks for the owner to apply so we can open, I finally called him. He shows up and drops off the letters saying he didn't know it was above the door and will have to charge $150 for the use of his lift otherwise we can do it ourselves. It's easy he says. After a day of setbacks and dealing with unacceptable customer service from another company (AAA fixtures - Houston)My husband wasn't going to argue and took his word for it. He couldn't get past "THE" - before it was a bubbled up mess. Frustrated, he took the crumpled up "The" and the rest of the sign back to him and told him that it was unacceptable. A few words back and forth about "(my husband) didn't tell them that it was above the door" and his "I told the girl and you never asked if it was ground level when we talked on that same note - I mean you have a lifttruck outside that you use for your business - obviously a question that needs to be asked, don't you think?" My husband apologized for his rudeness, but refused to play this he said, she said game without his girl assistant there and left without my sign The next day on a Thursday, February 13, the girl calls my husband apologizing for the mixup and that her boss will put up the sign and recut the word "The" at no additional charge - she said that they were very busy and needed some time and what was our "absolute deadline"? The original deadline was February 14 - He told her Monday the 17 of February. She informed us that she had to run it past her boss and that she would call us back. We never heard from either of them again. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until Monday before my husband created his own sign that night. It is not the font that we wanted originally from them, but I think it looks amazing. My husband says he should've done it himself from the start and saved us the hassle and money that we LOST in trying to hire a professional."
