Provided by YP.comWe have a home warranty, so were assigned this repair shop for a broken microwave oven. After staying home from work for an entire half day because they would not give us an arrival window of less than four hours, the repair person arrived, and we were told that there would be no repair unless we allowed them to remove the microwave from the wall and that the time frame for when the unit would be returned to us was unknowable. Repair person refused to give any estimate of time of repair, except for saying, "do you want me to lie to you and just tell you something?" The repair person was devoid of any customer service skills, we paid them $60 for telling us the appliance was broken and sent them on their way. It is entirely possible, and standard procedure at present, to perform appliance repair on site in the home, and it is additionally simple to give a reasonable estimate of the time expected for a repair to take. This repair place just wants to haul off your item and then work on it when it's convenient for them. We have had refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, heating, and AC repair done in the past couple of years, and NO other repair shop has suggested, let alone demanded, taking the appliance off-site for repair.
We would never recommend this shop to anyone.
