Provided by YP.comBeen a resident for many years. Rules change, prices go up..started only paying $258 for lot rent and last couple years went past $325. They give you like 60 days to check your place out...lol yeah check it out on a rainy day. That 60day mark everything really goes wrong. Trust me they don't fix it. It looks new but its all been painted over or a temporary fix until its time for you to fix. Six weeks in I had to pay someone to paint my place.

Provided by YPmobileWhen it comes to needing any help with your home you are out of luck maintenance only works weekdays and it takes a very long to get anything resolved. Can't wait to be out of here.
