Hi Uhaul, it took me a little time to get this review out but our family would like to send a big thank you to one of your employees. Estrada!! Late May 2022 we sold our home in Northern California on our way to Alabama and our small box truck had tire issues...we pulled into your shop for assistance and Estrada dropped everything to help and found a nail in our tire. Estrada was so amazing and took care of it for us. On we went east with smiles....PLEASE let Estrada know how much we appreciated his customer service & determination to get us back on the road. You have a wonderful member of your team at your location
