Power faiure on my floor at 7:30pm. Called front desk and they said were aware. 10:30pm still no power, never tried to move me to another room, brushed teeth by light of cell phone.



Next morning received bill with no consideration at all. Asked clerk at desk on way out and she said manager plans to do something.
