This is the best shop in town! The staff is so professional, talented, and nice. The pricing is very reasonable and the work is top notch. I highly suggest this shop, but be ready to make an appointment because they are usually all booked at least a month in advance.

Rude staff members. Bad artists. Don't go! I wish I could give it NO stars. Here's the back story, I bid and won a $100 gift certificate at a run last year, I travel for a living and I have been out of the area until this week. I offered to get a bigger tattoo essentially 2x the value of the gift certificate. They said no, but definitely offered to "take my money" (-quote from Chad, the owner) for the work. Let me ask you this Chad, "Why would I give you my money, if you're not willing to honor the gift certificate that was just a one month expired?" I'll take my business and money elsewhere. To clarify, most business' will offer 6 months or 12 months for gift certificates. Furthermore, I called 6 days after it expired to see if we could make arrangements for its use in a timely manner upon my arrival in the Amarillo area. A couple of artists from the parlor responded to the criticism on Yelp, but this comes down to courtesy. Chad, if you treat people like their business matters; your business will flourish. Don't, and watch your "services" dry up like the West Texas dirt!
