I am not one to write reviews but I had to do this one! I took my daughter in for a routine cleaning we were changing dentist due to a change in insurance. We were told that she had 8 cavities and that she would need extensive work done. She has been under the care of a dentist since she got her first teeth in so i was shocked that I had never heard this before she had only had a filling or 2 up to that point and she was 14. I believed them though (had no reason not too) so I scheduled the first of several appointments it would take to get her teeth "fixed". I took her in and they refused to allow me in the room with her I had to wait outside. She waited in the room for over 1 and 1/2 hours before they got to her. They gave her a shot and did not wait for it to work before they started drilling. She told them they were hurting her but they kept telling her that it was supposed to hurt and there was nothing they could do about it. They tortured her in that chair for 45 minutes because i had taught her to be polite to adults, and since she told them it hurt and they said it couldn't be helped she just laid there and cried. When she finally came out she completely broke down and they were unapologetic. I would not take her back there ever again!!
