EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was having problems with my laptop so I took it to them to see if they could fix it. The hard drive was shot and needed to be replaced. They had the hard drive replaced within a week. I got my computer back and it was like brand new again even though it is over three years old. They even did some upgrades for free. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I recommend them to anyone who is having computer problems.

WE USED THEM TO INSTALL NEW SERVER FOR OUR "NETWORK" - 3 COMPUTERS. WAS QUOTED $3,000.00, AFTER WE ACCEPTED QUOTE WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD SEND 2 TECHNICIANS. WE SAID OK-THINKING WITH 2 PEOPLE-JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED IN HALF THE TIME. TOOK 3 DAYS TO BACKUP, INSTALL NEW SERVER & DOWNLOAD TO NEW SERVER. VERY SELDOM DID BOTH TECHS WORK ON DIFFERENT COMPUTER STATIONS AT THE SAME TIME & TOOK TWICE AS LONG & COST $5,000.00. WHEN THE MANAGER WAS CALLED TO DISCUSS PROBLEM, WE WERE PUT ON SPEAKER PHONE IN FRONT OF SALESMAN, TECHS & EVERYONE CONCERNED. SHOULDN'T MANAGER HAVE SPOKEN WITH HIS CUSTOMER 1ST-IN PRIVATE? MANAGER SAID HE WILL CALL BACK TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO SATISFY US. HE DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO KEEP HIS WORD-HE DIDN'T EVEN CALL BACK. NEVER AGAIN ! ! !

We are sorry we could not meet your expectations. As we made clear several times, the original amount on the quote was an estimate, subject to change. A large portion of that amount was for hardware and anti-virus software, and those prices did not change. The labor charges were higher because of issues you asked us to address that were outside of the scope of the project, including a virus removal that had to be done on-site and problems resulting from licensing issues with software already installed on your systems. We cannot and will not install or reinstall improperly licensed software. Had it not been for such things, the project would have been completed more quickly. Our technicians worked diligently and completed all of the work as quickly as they could. You signed the quote, the final work order with the total amount and the check without mentioning that you were unsatisfied. We did have a conference call with you and everyone involved in the project in order to get to the bottom of the situation more effectively. We did not intend to offend you by doing so, just to make sure that we got all of the answers. After reviewing each aspect of the project you were contacted again, and if you expected something further from us, you did not make that clear.
