Provided by YP.comOwner is a complete idiot & has idiot manager who does not know how to deal with customers. I gave my pants to be cleaned. When I was going to wear them i noticed broken buttons and 3 areas of damaged. I went back and the manager Lucy told me that I damaged those pants by myself and it is not their fault.I met the owner and he kept telling me the same thing. Well its hard to beat the combination of stubbornness and illiteracy.
Pls do not waste ur time because:
1) They do not provide any receipt when u drop off clothes. So if something goes missing later u cant recover that.
2) They do not check your clothes before accepting them & so if damage gets done by their machines, u yourself will be held responsible.
3) Owner is stubborn & illiterate. He says he is is business for 35 years. I say he does have a business but without any principles. No customer service.
I wanted to sue him in court but my family said just leave it there. So here I am trying to save u from bad business practice.

Provided by YP.comI decided to try this place because they are close to my home. What a huge mistake! I was needing a couple of holes repaired in a blanket that was sewn by my mother many years ago. I am not sure if it is customary for businesses to require items be dry cleaned before the alteration but this business does. I was not happy about the added charge which should have tipped me off to take my blanket and run. Instead I proceeded with the dry cleaning/alteration. I dropped the blanket off on 9/26/14. It was promised to be finished on 10/6/14. I went in to pick it up on 10/10/14 and I was told that it wasn't finished yet. They told me it should be ready on Monday 10/13/14. I called back several times and was told my item still wasn't ready. Finally, I called on 10/22/14 and I was told my blanket was finished and ready to be picked up. I went in on 10/23/14 and there was no problem with the pickup. The cashier did apologize for it taking so long to get my blanket back. When I took my blanket out of the bag to inspect it, the first thing I noticed is that it had a funny smell. When I looked at the first smaller hole that was repaired, it looked like it had been sewn by an 8 year old. When I found the second larger hole (about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide) the safety pin was still in it and the hole had not been repaired. For them to have my blanket for almost a month and not even fix what I had asked is ridiculous. However, part of me is glad that it wasn't fixed because it probably would have been worse looking than the small hole. This business has provided the absolute worst service I have EVER received.
