horrible service, horrible food!

we waited forever for our drinks, had to ask for refills.
I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was raw on the inside. We reordered it but ended up just getting it to go. When we got home I saw that it was burnt and they didn't send any gravy. needless to say we will NOT be going back!

Slowest service

Poor service took 45 minutes to get our food after we had placed our order and it was cold when we got it.
