they were prompt, helpful and even made a quick trip back tor resolve a very simple problem.

The washer purchase was initiated because of another repair person missing a simple fix and trying too hard to sell a new one to a customer - instead of fixing the problem.

World Appliance - missed out on a sale and rec'd a bad review all because they were not focused on solving the customer's problem and too focused on maximizing their sales.

Horrible customer service. Rude, condescending, and they don't care about your time. Go somewhere else to spend your hard-earned cash.

I needed a new stove and shopped at several places all over town. I ran in here b/c I happened to be shopping at a store next door. The man that waited on me was wonderful. He greeted me cheerfully and quickly and was very knowledgeable about the different brands and features of stoves. I had been told elsewhere that I couldn't get what I wanted - but he was able to immediately show me the stove that had the features I wanted. They have earned my business for any future appliance needs that I have!! Installation was also provided and the guy was GREAT!!! He was so helpful and was very courteous of my home as well!!
