Roman and Amy Leal started Evocation in their garage when they were 17. The couple shared a vision for bringing expertly roasted coffee, meticulously prepared drinks and uncompromising customer service to the people of their hometown. They named their company "Evocation", because they wanted to evoke the very best qualities out of the coffee and themselves.
