I took my elderly mother in after she broke a pair of prescription sunglasses she bought there over 6 years ago. The employee that "helped" us said that she couldn't fix them and asked my mother how long it had been since she had her eyes checked. It has been about 4 years. After hearing that, the employee said that she couldn't help us and was very rude. She didn't attempt to look for my mother's prescription (which had been done by the optometrist that is with this particular store) My mother has diabetes but cannot afford to get her eyes checked until her medicare goes into affect. She has to have her sunglasses to be able to drive. She wasn't wanted a $200 pair of glasses, she just wanted a simple pair of frames and prescription lens to go with them to get her by for the next 2 months, but this employee didn't have the simple courtesty to ask, she just insisted there was NOTHING she could do. Needless to say, I will be taking my mother to a competitor that has the decency to help the elderly and have the patience to listen to what they have to say
