Provided by YPmobileWhen you want knowledge and service you go Fish Pro's. They live up to their name. They are truly professionals. Every time I go into the clean, organized shop there are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable staff to help. I had tanks about 30 years ago. I need updated on the finer points of proper aquarium maintenance and Anthony,Sadie and the others are more than happy to help. Their prices are higher than the box stores but you get what you pay for.

Provided by YPmobileMy father and I are avid aquarists and work really hard to keep our tank up and running, beautiful, well stocked, and clean and as such we tend to be picky (like most) about the products, customer service, and fish we receive. Fish pros doesn't skimp on any of these things. We know the owner on a first name basis and have done plenty of business with the store. The owner and employees are always very friendly, well knowledgeable, and willing to work to satisfy your pet needs if you, like any customer, are kind and show some respect and don't blame all your problems on them. (Fish often die because you don't treat your tank right, etc, etc.) That being said, we rarely have a fish we buy from them die on us!... and when we do, if it's in a reasonable time frame and your water checks out, they have NEVER not been willing to help us! Follow the golden rule: Do unto others as your would have them do unto you, and I promise business owners will be much more willing to be kind to you!!! One last note: Their selection is HUGE and their displays are awesome!!! I'll definitely be doing business here again in the future! Thanks Fish Pros!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Provided by YP.comThey were supposed to come to my house every other week and clean my tank and pond. Well, that didn't happen. They give the worst customer service. They NEVER showed up when they were supposed to. I would call and leave messages and it would take two weeks to get anybody to call me back. They charged me for things i never received. They had my credit card number on file because i wasn't home when they cleaned my tank one time so I paid them over the phone. Seven months after I quit using them, since i couldn't get them to come to my house anyway, I started seeing all these charges from them on my account. So, not only are they the worst customer service in town, they are dishonest thieves!!! Highly encourage anyone NOT to use these people for ANYTHING!!!
This person received our services several times without any problems from us. We even came out and cleaned her pond in the bitter cold of winter when her filters quit working and saved her fish outside. The problem was that she gave us a credit card number that was never any good and said she would come in and pay by check but never did. After trying to get payment for the services we provided we ran her card again and and again but it kept getting declined. We finally got small payments to go thru and she is upset that we got payment that she did not expect to pay. This lady has no right to post anything bad about her company she just needed to pay what was owed to us. We do our best to make our customers happy but this one was the exception she just wanted us to do the work for free.

Provided by YP.comWhen i bought my snowflake eel there, the guy that got it for me didnt seem to care much for what he was doing. he answered all of my questions with about 2 words, and that was if i was lucky enough to get an answer at all from him. I had bought my eel on a saturday and liked him, i woke up sunday to go look at him and i didnt see him anywhere i moved around a couple of rocks and didnt see him. About a day later i found him under my chair dead and hard as a rock. I was pretty courious about it so i got on my computer and looked up what some people and experts had said about this type of eel. And sure enough every reveiw i read said WARNING: WILL JUMP OUT OF TANK. Any ways if your looking for a place to look at fish and talk to a friendly staff i wouldnt suggest Fish Pros.
