Our waitress looked different than us and she waited on everyone else first that looked like her...we were served by someone who looked like us. Why were we treated this way

Went here two days in a row. First on Saturday we hear the manager complaining about another employee and saying he needs to be fired. She was angry and talking crap about him in front of all the customers.

Sunday we arrive around 11:30am. We expected a wait but when I asked the manager (who was working the door and taking names) how long the wait was she said "I have no idea do you see how many people are ahead of you". I then said there was 2 of us. Two seats at the bar opened up. She saw they were open and didn't say anything to anyone waiting. So we started equalling over to the empty seats and the manager tells us that we can't sit yet as other people are ahead of us. We waited another 5 minutes and no one else wNted to sit down. We walked over and sat down. The manager proceeded to give us dirty looks. Also worth mentioning...she is wearing the pink manager shirt but it was not buttoned up and has a revealing black tank top underneath that is showing a little too much including her cleavage and tattoos. Also neither shirt was tucked in and she appeared unkempt and unprofessional.
