I went to get a simple inspection on my car and as they were checking out my car they popped my hood. Before they had time to look under the hood one of them noticed a bb hole in my headlight and called me over to say it would not pass. That was understandable but in the midst of everything no one ever closed my hood. So as I was driving at 50 mph it flew open scaring me to death. That would seem like it should be the worst of it but when I went back for insurance information (as it bent my hood) they were very ugly rude and hateful saying they were not liable. I went up there three times before they finally said they did not have time to deal with me and gave me the main office # only to tell me they took the week off. I will never go back here and I would not advise anyone else to either.
