I got my nails done here a few days ago and somehow (this has never happened to me before) the acrylics have lifted. Not physically coming off, but the very bottom part of them at my cuticle has lifted about a centimeter so my whole nail is acrylic except for about a centimeter at the bottom which is my real nail now! This is ridiculous! The guy also cut my fingers two different times when using the shaper tool and hardly did anything to help, didn't even apologize. And when we went to pay, my the person who took our money stared at my friends debit card for over 30 seconds in a really question raising way until we rushed him along! Absolutely ridiculous and weird!

I used to be a receptionist at a nail salon for a couple years.. So I know how it's suppose to be done. I asked for gel bias and after asking for a third layer of color I still

had dark spots where the gel was not covered my nail fully. She didn't clean up the sides so I had several nails with dry gel polish all over my skin and cuticles, when I asked her to fix it she argued with me saying it was my nail. (She has looked at it early and noticed but did nothing). I asked for 2 acrylic tips on my big toes because they're too short, the guy who did it obviously had never done that before. He sent me to another women after my making my toe nails so long that I could probably go up a shoe size!! I asked her to file them shorter and she did but definitely not short enough and they were very crooked. I gave up asking them to fix it because I hate being that annoying customer so I just paid, left, and fixed the mess myself at home. Ridiculous. I could do nails better than the nail techs that worked on me today.

The person started the water for my pedicure and left it cold. A guy came over and took over, making the water hot. He griped about having to remove nail polish, didn't like my choice of color and messed up one of my nails when he was putting on my shoe, but wouldn't fix it. Service here stinks and I wouldn't recommend it someone I don't like.

After going in 3 days in a row my nails are still lifting, misshapen, and was rushed through there as if i were cattle. I won't return, nor do i recommend anyone to go here, no license are posted or anything.....makes me wonder? If im gonna pay 50 bucks then these nails better be lasting more than just a few days at a time, lifting , cracked is not accepted!!
