I took my toro mower to them. The mower had locked up . Last time they told me it was the cable for the blades. So they adjust the cable. I mowed about 3 times and it did it again. Took it back to proffitt this time I told them it was doing the same thing. They called me a few days later and said they took the motor apart and the motor was bad. So I picked it up and started to look at it they never even took the engine cover off. So they didn't even took the motor apart. So I tried to start the mower and it works great. So they will lie about the work and tell you your stuff is bad so they can sell you a new lawn mower. Never trust them
