They are the rudest people I have ever met. They stare you down the entire time you shop. It's completely unprofessional.

I ordered a 100.00 polo shirt from Raffkinds while I was in Amarillo around the 9th of August and the Manager Chad Westinburg helped me and told me it would take maybe a week or so, problem being i was flying back the 16Th so i had him ship it to my house in Dallas. Chad never called me . The guy never seemed concerned, it is August 24th and he never took the time to call me and give me a tracking number. Furthermore they still dint have my shirt so they cant ship it to me, so i probably wont get till close to September.At top at that Cahd said " How about i give you your 100.00 back and you dont need to walk in here ever again"
