I have been using this salon for many years and have loved it always. Vincent and Amy do nails and pedi for me and also for my 6yr old daughter. They are amazing.

I went here looking for a clean sterile place to go. On web site and the brochure they have at the salon it states "Sanitize Guaranteed" it then goes on to say that they auto clave the instruments and use a fresh new bag on each client. I walked in and the store was clean and they offered drinks and got to me right away. While I was getting a pedicure I didn't see my tech open the instruments but I didn't worry just figured I had missed it, I begin to watch after that. While I was there I noticed only one person clean the basin after the pedi was done. Even worse they used the pumice stone to scrub the basin and put it back in their equipment to use on the next client. I then watched as one tech took the cuticle equipment to dig up the drain and then take it and rest of used tools and put them back in a bag that they would use in auto clave. Instead of auto calving it she folded it over and put it in her box to make it appear to have been autoclaved she then used it on her next client. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISMENT.... I will not go back ever!!!
