When u drive into or nearby the complex you will notice the many years of very poor, unprofessional and unconcerned management that has had the responsabilities to make sure this complex was kept up regarding the structural decay of each building and the neglect of a property management that take the monies of tenants for 20+ yrs and did what? It sure hasnt been put back into the maintenance and grounds upkeep. This complex has a lot of issues that range from health, safety and security issues that should be addressed immediately actually are about 20+ yrs past due! But you will notice that the two agents of the complex who sign in new tenants drive matching cadillacs and a maintenance crew of at least 4 men whom you never see. There are so many issues regarding this place many call home that its going to take and act of congress to get this ghetto style of living in the lap of poverty will be seen immediately upon arrival and lived if you take the chance in signing up to be the next victim of such a poor unprofessional and uncaring group of people who show nothing happening or changing for the better. This is one of the most pathetic places to live....my opinion and many otjers!
