I went to this body shop after speaking to a woman who set me up for an estimate. The guy there told me they don't do estimates for anyone with Allstate. I told him it would have been nice if someone would have let me know so I wouldn't have driven all the way across town. He asked who I talked to and I said a lady. He said; that's my wife. He waved his hand at me and basically told me to go get my estimate from Allstate and come back. As I walked out I told him I'll never use you anyway now. He yelled at me GOOD! He's an idiot. I'll have to say he got a gesture or two from me on my way out. No one has the right to yell at me.

I have had my car in Soncy Road Body Shop on two different occasions, and they did incredible work both times. They pretty much took care of all the insurance work; all I had to do was to provide my insurance information. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. Great place. Friendly.
