Husband went in to get some case knifes for Christmas. He asked the guy at the register if they were 20% off cause the flyer said they were so he wanted to make sure and the guy acted like he didn’t know much then my husband asked for the knifes he wanted and the guy just kept shucking him off and made him wait for 15 mins or more. Another girl was at the register next to him and wasn’t doing anything. My husband finally walked out and just went to tractor supply. A lot better service there

failed to step up as a team, and on top of that refused to call back in a month to at least say hey we decided we have enough people as it is thank you for your time and wait, but instead uses "oh i didn't look through all of them when so" Next time sutherlands please do your job and continue to hire otherwise stop saying you need some people to be hired thank you and hope you and your team steps up.

when I go it's not for customer service, it's for the product, I love the gal in the garden center she knows gardening very well and what will work in your area, she's busy so you may have to look for her and approach her if you have any questions and there are always people at check out

not the best store and it is very hot inside the store. It was so hot I could not stay and look around. If you want good service and a very nice store it is in Wichtia Falls Tx. We go down to Wichita every 2 weeks have to go by Sutherlands just to see what they have. Love this store
