For Taco Bell beef fast food there are timess of the day where it's not fast. The overall Staffing at this Taco Bell is minimal I understand management needs to make sure employee cost versus food cost does balance out but when you're waiting 20 minutes for your food it can get ridiculous and yes that is at selected times of the day. Now the Taco Bell app which is very good because you can save money is a must, but it does not save time as your order will not be made until you arrive and not what the mobile app is used for you place the order it hits the screen the order should be made. The staff friendly I am a very well-known regular at the store I love most of the employees well everyone that I have interacted with and have never had a problem. The biggest part is having to wait.
