Our heating element was out on our oven and a part had to be ordered. Two weeks later, we find out that said part was "broken" and they had to order another. 6 weeks have gone by without an oven. Each time this company schedules to come replace the part they never show up nor call to let us know they won't be coming. The associates claim they stopped by and called but no one was home, which of course was a lie. This is the WORST customer service and dealings I've ever experienced with a company. I was hung up on repeatedly, and they would never confirm a time to come and fix our appliance. Trust me, you don't want to deal with liars, and hateful individuals. This company is a disgrace, and I would caution anyone to run far away from using this company for any reason at all.

this place sucks! Dont ask them to do anything. We had to use them for our home warranty, and they ended up taking two weeks before the part came in. Then when it came in, it was the wrong part. We have no a/c for 3 weeks now and they dont seem to care. Its not their problem!
