Provided by YP.comMy experience with this company is very disappointing. I had them come in to remove faucets etc. prior to having new tile laid. Their charge was really high I thought but not having had this kind of work done before...when they returned which was a week later I had to call repeatedly. He came put everything in order . Left saying you're good to go. I paid the additional charge making the total 430. When I went in to look I found the commode elevated 3/4 inch off the newly set tile. Some very obvious spacers holding it up!!! Totally unacceptable and so disappointing. A friend called to talk and they were curt to him and claimed it had to be this way because it was an older home. No attempt to make it right. Receptionist admitted it looked weird. I want my money back! After reading other reviews I'm afraid to let them back in my home. I am a widow and have no one to fight my battles. Just want others to hear my experience. I've checked with an engineer and other plumbers. There may have been other options but I wasn't made aware of those. Totally unacceptable business practice.

Provided by YP.comDo not use this company! Customer service sucks, service period sucks. Somehow they slipped through our radar and got contracted to do plumbing on our house we built. A screw fell into the garbage disposal, before we even had ownership of the house, and ruined it. We had them come and fix, they billed us. Shower drain was missing screws, I fixed. We have had them out several times to fix bathtub faucet, it leaks pretty good, they have replaced faucet once, replaced the cartridges several times, cracked my 4,500$ bath tub, Thats correct four thousand five hundred dollar bath tub, then repaired it even after I told them not to touch till I got home the next day. Another leaky faucet and the another call to the owner, Francis, states even though this problem faucet has never been fixed satisfactorily that I am responsible for the bill because my builders warranty has expired. Been one year and one month. Long story short, dont use this company. They are horrible at business and horrible to their customers.

Provided by YP.comRun don't walk from this company. United is under new management and it's not good. They sent out an inexperienced plumber first - he had to call for help - we were charged for this whole time - $100 an hour-which they start charging time when they leave the last job - you pay for travel time! Then when they installed a shower drain they knocked mud and debris in the drain - we told the guy to use a shop vac to clean it out - well guess what when we went to use drain it was clogged - we called them back - he was there for under 10 mins - pulled out debris, mud and a hair clog the size of a quarter. We were told it was the hair - they carved us $147.50 to clean it out. One drain, 1 "clog" $900+ dollars later - totally unprofessional staff at shop - moral of story - we are now their advertiser - advertising to everyone we know - don't use them if you want honest, fair service. Sad story - lesson learned
