Said ring bell for service, is this a joke?? Spent 15 minutes rang buzzer 5 times and still no one. Of course I asked gray haired stamp lady well she blew me off said wait. This has been twice in 4 months. Please put up closed sign

This location is always under-staffed. At one point, there were 10 people in line and not one checker. They have 4 windows to help, yet no one was "available." People were pressing the buzzer with no response. I even tried calling them. I could hear the phone ringing, with no answer, then the call went to the main location where someone answered but obviously that was not the location I was trying to reach. Roxanne was very friendly once I finally reached the counter, but that did not make up for their lack of business etiquette. If I could, I would leave 0 stars.
