I have recently been shopping the insurance market for replacement of my homeowners & vehicle insurance . I have been considering talking with one of the Agents at The WilliamsBoyce agency as I had been hearing very favorable things about one of the oldest insurance companies in Amarillo, but recently (2/6/09) I had the occasion to be in a local eatery, and came upon three females wearing WilliamsBoyce Insurance Logo on their shirts, I took this to mean they were employed by WilliamsBoyce. Too make a long story short these three employees were having a high old time drinking Margaritas & being quite verbal. Mind you I am no prude and do not begrudge a person their relaxation but not on their lunch hour and having obvious disregard & disrespect for their employer. If WilliamsBoyce condons this sort of behavior from its employees I will certainly be taking my insurance needs else where.

Perhaps a review of company policy is order now , before too many more Amarilloians have the opportunity to witness this total disregard of the employees toward their employer.

Williams-Boyce picked up my coverage from a direct writer and has continued to shop my coverage though different carriers to find the best options for my business. They are prompt to return phones calls and take care of my problems. Unfortunately they have also had to help clear up some of our claims by working with the companies and explaining the coverages.
