We usually get great service & awesome food here, but this last time we went, we waited an hour to get 1 roll of sushi. We understand there's other orders in front of us, but waiting an hour for 1 roll is ridiculous...especially when there's only 4 seated tables in the house! Also, we noticed that one sushi chef was eating and texting while preparing rolls. A waitress that wasn't even ours came by to check on us. She was great. When she asked that one sushi chef if our roll was ready, he chuckled & said yeah...then held up the one he had been eating on.
We love this place, & hope this improves.

Been to other sushi bars in Amarillo. Young Sushi by far has the best tasting food all around. Try it and see.
