My stylist was very nice and professional and the atmosphere was very modern and clean. I felt it a bit unprofessional that other stylist around me were doing/getting their own hair done while clients were in the salon and even in their own chair. The color I received was fine - since it was a fix. My stylist did say I could come back for a free glaze if needed. The cut was bad. I asked for a long layered cut (and had pictures) and mentioned to blend well since I have thick hair. Since my hair is very long and thick most stylist take a long time to cut my hair, but she was done so quickly I didn't realize we were finished. At the end of the cut she did not even turn me around to see the back and of course I didn't ask. Nor did she straight iron .When I got home, I see a literal straight line shelf on the back of my head where the shortest layer just sat. She did not blend at all! Even my husband asked if it was supposed to be there w/o me saying. Expecting MUCH more for $200!

Fantastic Salon! I would highly recommend this salon! I get my hair cut and colored by Jody and couldn't be happier with my hair. She really listens to what I am looking for and uses her expertise to help me find the perfect color and cut. The salon is very nice, clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have sent family members and co workers there and everyone has only had good things to say. I used to go to a salon in center city Philadelphia, b/c I live in that area, but I would go to this salon over any salon in the city! I would definitely recommend it.

I followed my stylist from a large salon to Prive Salon and am totally happy with the service and expertise! My hair never looked better. Beautifully decorated, great music, and staff that go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. And there's plenty of parking available in the nearby public lots.

If you are a fan of great haircuts with top local stylists in a very personal atmosphere... this is the salon for you!! I followed my stylist here from a very big (almost impersonal) day spa/salon, and am so excited that at Prive I can get the times and conveniance of access I was craving !! Big salon quality, but in our favorite local village !!
