Terrible service, will sell you broken junk and not stand behind their products. When I got there to look at a 5' PTO tiller, Brad was in the office smoking and talking to 2 of his friends. He didn't leave his seat at any time to assist me. He had me walk the lot looking for the tiller. He wasn't able to show me it working, but assured me it did. When I got it home, the PTO shaft was rusted into 1 piece and could not be separated. The chain guard had a cut in it where someone tried brazing it shut, which still leaked. I found 4 broken teeth on the chain drive sprocket when I took off the chain guard. The slip clutch was seized up and did not function. I called Brad about all of these issues, and gave him a chance to make things right, by splitting the $300 parts bill with me, and he just avoided me. I hate leaving bad reviews for small family businesses, but I gave this guy several chances to make things right. I have so many wasted hours into trying to make this thing work, buying a new one would have been much cheaper.
