Amelia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers modern facilities and an exceptional staff in the rolling rural foothills of central Virginia just minutes from Chesterfield and 30 minutes southwest of Richmond. We provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing services with physicians available 24 hours a day. Payment of our services is through Medicare, Medicaid, managed care insurance programs, private payment and insurance. Our aim is to meet every patient's physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs, whether they are with us for a short stay or for long-term care. Every resident has individual goals. For some it is to regain health and vitality and return to their home. For others, it is a process that may require long-term skilled nursing care.
