Richard Gates said he would take my case only if he received his money first which was easy to understand. Yet the problem was that after he got his money, he spent only five minutes talking to me. We went to court and everything he said would happen did not. I ended up in jail. He would not contact me at all. He said to write him, and I did with no contact. My mom called him and called him. We tried to three way call him. He did nothing. He kept saying he had too many clients to worry about me.

All I can say is if you want to waste your money for a lawyer than this is the sure way to go.
