I've been here for about 2 years and the place is MUCH better now that theirs a new owner. Before it sucked not its all good.

New Management.. Hopefully Things Will Change!!!

The apartments are nice for the price, but the maintenance is garbage... Basically there's two guys who work on the apartments and they do what needs to be done, but do it halfway so that the problem doesn't persist for the time being... I had a problem with my dishwasher since I've moved into the unit, I have made calls to the office regarding it and all I got was that the new dishwashers were junk. The upkeep on the outside is horrible!!! People throw their cigarette butts into the grass, the kids leave trash, bikes, and other toys all over the premises. I've lived here for a year and all I got so far was a bathroom repair, and my ceiling fan adjusted. Pets are welcome, but there is a hefty fee for them!! People have been complaining about the dog bags that have been removed to pick up waste in the grass, but yet they still have the sign out that states the fines you can get from pet waste!! Since then I make a regular trip up to Petsmart and have to buy my own dog waste bags. I'm fed up with the whole situation about the pool and how it is filthy everyday, and for each complaint that the residents give about it, the answer always is "we'll just have to close it up!!" As well as the people who bring food and glass into the pool grounds tend to leave messes which causes our management to consider the pool to close. I'm sorry, but the office is located right next to the pool and I'm sure that there is some way that they could install a camera of some kind to monitor the pool area. As for the pool closing at 8pm every night is a bit ridiculous with there being an hour more of daylight left to enjoy outside. A tenant explained to me that the back flush traps in the pool have been broken since the year before and the owners still have yet to fix them and this tenant complained to the management of the problem and nothing still has been done. As for the parking... People tend to double park and half of the cars that appear by night have already taken all the spots closest to the buildings... I mean , can't there just be certain spots for visitors''' My buddies park in the back of the lot because I asked them to so that the other residents can have their usual spots... on top of that, I've noticed on many occasions that people are living with other tenants and not on the lease. I understand now that the management has changed and hopefully things will get resolved... So far they have been working on the problems and certainly changed the place around somewhat. I'm still skeptical on how things will go so therefore I'm not inclined enough to recommend living here just yet. I'm sorry but for the price of 500 to 600 a month, there has to be something better than just so so repairs and health regulation basics...
