I have been shopping at this store since it opened, it was always a fun experience, I shop there 3 to 4 times a week and always buy a cart full of items, today I had a HORRIFIC experience, first time in my 60 years of life that anything like this has EVER happened to me ANYWHERE......I guess this woman is their new manager, but if they want to keep their good reviews she needs to go.....this woman Tasha, screamed at me like a banshee because I opened a $1.00 soda to drink while I shopped as I was very thirsty, had done this on many occasions and no one ever told me I couldnt, the cashiers have always been super friendly and helpful, until this horrifically rude and obnoxious so called manager literally screeched at me like a banshee because I had opened a pop, other customers stopped and stared at this unprofessional scene, she threatened to call the cops on me for stealing!!!!! I asked couldnt I just pay for it when I checked out.....she went on screeching, like someone who was insane, like I said I have NEVER experienced something like this in my entire life...so I paid for my soda and asked for a receipt, walked back up to her and asked if she would like to see my receipt and she went on another screaming rampage, I cannot even describe how horrific and shocking this episode was, I was literally sick to my stomach when I got home, and immediately started filing complaints online and tomorrow I am contacting corporate headquarters, I will take this as far as I have to to get resolution, was even advised on one website to post it to Google, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so that it seen by thousands of people and catch the attention of corporate. This is the first time in my life I have ever lodged a complaint about any employee or store, I usually go out of my way to file a compliment for good customer service. And until today I just loved this store and shopped there many times a week for years, now I doubt I will ever enter that location again!!!!
