Terrible service scheduled an appt for Friday May 26th for a new motor to be installed. Wasn't given a time he would be out when I called on Friday to find out a time they acted like they never realized I needed a motor...was told the driver would hopefully call me he never did. Called back and was told the driver would hopefully call me today or Saturday...poor poor customer service stay far away and find another pool company

Had pool Liner and motor installed. Had to have them back out twice to fix the liner which came out. Understandable with a new liner. The motor is a different story. When they installed it it didn't run by the time I got home from work. Had them come back. After fixing it again it leaked profusely. Had them back out. After a month the motor is now sparking and tripping the breaker box constantly. We called them and they told us they were through with us and will notcome out to service it again. This is after charging me $125 to install it. Below is a photo of how they left it. No offer of a refund. I now have to have an electrician out and pay him as well. Their service at the home is terrible you always have to have them back out again.

After another call and explanation to a different person they agreed to send me out a new motor and take the old one. I'll have an electrician install it. I can live with that. Final comments when that happens.

Awful!!!!

This was the most backward company I have ever tried to work with. I called and talked to someone, got a price, he said he would call back, never did. Called again and he already had me set up for people to come out and never even told me. Talked specifically about what was included twice! Took the day off work, waited, waited..never showed, called and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and couldnt find the paperwork. "Well, I sure can't do it today" is what he said. I said "what am I supposed to do"?, he said "go without i guess." Then they go to my house and look at it and call me and tell me that they don't even own a bobcat (which was included) and that he doesn't remember talking to me about sand (which was included! I told them forget it!!! Do not let these people install a pool for you!
