Our little town was once known as Lake City, for Utah Lake, but the river that runs through it won out and our name changed to American Fork in 1860. Locals call it AF for short. No matter what you call it, one thing is certain, it’s a pretty place to be, at the foot of Mount Timpanogos. Our diner is a convenient jog off Exit 278, just a few turns east of the I15. It’s a convenient sit-down choice where you can enjoy a full meal with a taste of home. Our little town was once known as Lake City, for Utah Lake, but the river that runs through it won out and our name changed to American Fork in 1860.
