They never charge me for even looking at my car. Today I took my car in for a tune up and they called me later saying my car was in excellent shape and that they weren't even going to charge me to look at it. This is the second time. Friendly. Impressed.

I TOOK MY TRUCK INTO 3 OTHER REPAIR SHOPS TRYING TO FIND A NOISE WITH OUT ANY LUCK. WENT TO CERTIFIED TIRE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THE SALESMAN ASKED ME IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD CHECK FOR THAT NOISE. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY FOUND A LOOSE BOLT AND REPAIRED IT FOR $15.00. WHAT A GREAT JOB!!! THANKS GUYS!!!

If you're looking for a place that upsells everything and is more interested in generating cash than fixing what's really wrong with your car, this is the place. I just wanted my oil changed and they come back with this long list of expensive things that were supposedly in need of repair. They told me I needed new brakes, so I took my wheels of at home and had the brakes checked and I still had at least six months to a year of wear remaining. Avoid this place.
