You guys really know your business

Gave Digis a 3 star Rating before because the speed of the service was not up to the standard they claimed in their advertising, but the customer service and support was excellent. Well, I recently had them out to my home to tweak my equipment and now my service is screaming (at least for the type of service they are providing) and Digis gets an A+ from me. They stand behind their guarantees and do everything possible to make the customer happy within a reasonable timeframe. That's what I call 5 Star Service. Thanks Digis.... This is a terrific alternative to get away from Comcast and DSL. I watch a lot of streaming video and do a lot of on-line gaming and the service rarely buffers. Digis is an authorized Netflix provider so I think they have most of their most popular stuff on their servers, making buffering much less likely. Even with my wife, 2 kids, and a smart TV all sharing the connection doing various activities all at the same time at various times, the service rarely, if ever, bogs down or buffers and when it has it has been extremely brief and then it seems the system recognizes the deficit and bursts speed to that stream to make sure it stays ahead from that point on. It really does seem like very smart technology.

We chose Digis based on price alone. You get what you pay for and we've been unimpressed. Remember Digis is wireless so you will not be getting the speed and reliability you would get from a hard wired service (that are also usually much more expenxive). One very high note is the person that came to do the initial install was awesome. He did fast clean work and it worked right off the bat. Watch out for the usage limits; they aren't clear on the data limits.

We had Digis service for about 3 years. Overall the internet service was good. The customer service was always excellent.



Sometimes it seems like we experienced slowdowns when streaming HD content at busy times though. Although we paid for the highest 15mb/s download tier, we rarely received these speeds. Using the speed test tool on Digis' website we usually averaged between 6-10mb/s downloads.



We also ran in to problems with their 250gb monthly data cap. We would get warning emails every month advising of the additional charges that we would incur if we went over. Once we got the monthly email we would have to stop using the internet until the next billing cycle to avoid extra charges.



We eventually left Digis for a new provider in our area that offers speeds of 50mb/s and no data cap for the same monthly payment amount.

Great service, great speed and connection!

If I had a penny every time digis went down I would be rich. If u decide to go with digis expect it to go down 15-20 times a day!
