Do not go here if you want anything framed. I have now tried to go in to get things framed three times and they never have anyone who is trained to do it. And they only have the one person who can there between 9-5. No solutions offered if you work at all. Very disappointed.

When this store first opened, I was excited to have a new option for crafts & sewing items but the more I shop here, the more disappointed I am. There have been times that I have tried to use coupons & have been told that the items I want to purchase are not included or I am given some other excuse to why I can't use them. This is becoming more & more often. Even though their selection is good, I am dissatisfied with this continuing problem.
