I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life. After speaking with Haulmark, and the representative from lone peak trailers, I took my trailer to Lone peak for warranty work. I was promised they would take care of everything and have it back to me in a couple of days. It took over two weeks for me to get my trailer back. In the mean time they lost my trailer and claimed not to have it twice. Thank god I kept the paperwork. When the trailer was finally complete, I went over to pick it up at 4:30 in the afternoon. (they close at Five) I was met at the gate by a big, very unkempt "supervisor" who asked what I was doing there. I told her I needed to pickup my trailer. She rolled her eyes and let me in. The experience went downhill from there. When I went inside to get my trailer I was met with a $425.00 bill. I told the desk clerk it was supposed to be under warranty. She shrugged and called over big red, the supervisor I had dealt with before. Big red's response was "I know nothing about this but I'm not going to let this much money just walk out the door." (excellent customer service) All the paper work said " Warranty" on it, I had also left specific instructions not to touch the trailer if they couldn't perform the work under the warranty. Big red proved useless once again and called for the GM. The GM finally stumbled in and said the most fair thing to do was for me to pay for the repairs then work with Haulmark to get reimbursed. Sure, let me do your job for you. He griped and moaned about having to do the leg work and not getting paid as much on a warranty. I reminded him that wasn't my problem and if they didn't want to perform the warranty work they should have been upfront about it. We argued for close to an hour with no resolve. His only argument was, try to see it from my point, I'm out money here. Again, you shouldn't accept work you don't want. The GM finally threw his hands in the air and yelled, "You win!". Worst Experience EVER
