Terrible service! About 2 years ago we called them and another company to get a quote on our sub-zero fridge which needed evaporative coil. Called them a week ago and they gave an appointment date and time. Called in the morning to confirm the appointment time between noon to 3PM. At 2:55 PM get a call from "Bruce" who was rude and egoistic. He mentioned that he won't come back to do the repair since the first time we decided to go with another company. I mentioned to him that to my knowledge we did not get anything done at the time from anybody. He mentioned he had a record that we did and when i insisted to show it to me- he become angry and insisted I should keep my own records. I insisted that I was not aware of any service so I need to see his record to what he is referring too. He become very angry, rude and accusing me of lying!! I did not make a warranty call, I called to pay him to fix the fridge, I doubt someone needs to lie about that. At this time- I asked if I could speak with supervisor- manager or even owner and he insisted that it was him. I was shocked at his responses. I then asked him if it was against the law to get a 2nd opinion and he said it was an insult to him that we even considered getting a quote from second company. He mentioned he diagnosed it so according to him he should be the one to fix it no questions asked. He did get paid for diagnostic which was an obligation free quote, I might add. This time the plan was to get the repairs done from this company as they come recommended by friend.I run a business too and I know for a fact that if an owner starts behaving with paying customers like this- the days of the business is limited. Not to mention that Bruce waited till 2:55PM to call me, just 5 minutes before the window time given by the company to yell at me and cry because his little feelings got hurt! Pathetic!! Have already complained to Sub-Zero as he is the authorized dealer for them. Mr Bruce needs to learn the ABC's of business before he is allowed to speak on the phone with a customer. I have been using Olson Appliance for a number of years now and couldn't be happier with their service. They have fixed washing machines, furnaces, soft water systems, ovens, and refrigerators for me at a reasonable price and with great results. Bruce is always very personable and it is obvious that he understands that keeping customers satisfied is a key to the success of his company. I highly recommend Olson Appliance with absolutely no reservations.

This company has no sense of service!######My mother in law asked this company to look at her washing machine that was leaking. While he was here my wife asked him about a noise that the machine was making that my mother in law had not heard.###The repairman did not investigate the noise at all, nor did he ask any questions about the noise, but he ensured her that the noise was "normal".###The water leak was not assosiated with the washing machine, so the man left my mother-in-law to find a plummer to fix it, but charged her a HUGE FEE for his "service". After my mother in law heard the noise the next day, she knew that it definately was not normal. When she called the repairman and asked him to evaluate the noise on the original fee [since he had been asked about it while on the job] he refused. He gave her his opinion that she should buy a new machine since it would cost too much to repair. At his rate I'm sure it would.### ###Don't use this compay. The owner doesn't care abou
