I had 2 exams scheduled, the doctor took off right after the exams were over to go to lunch while my daughters were leading how to put in contacts. The person he left there to help us had no idea what she was doing and could not get one of the contacts out nor did she seem to know anything about contacts. Then I had a question about why the insurance did not cover the cost and they told me the doctor had to answer that but he was long gone at lunch. This was not good customer service.
