Bought a boat at the Atlanta boat show. Boat was deliver to me but did not have covers with them. Was told they would be shipped to me the following Monday. Has been 3 weeks and they have said they can not find them. GM Sean has not return calls and when I did get him told me he would get on it and call me next day. After 2 days call him and he said he did not call me because he could not give me answer I wanted. When I ask for some one else to call he said he could not give out others number. When to BBB to file complaint and they have a f rating and license has been revoked. I brought this up to him and he said he knew. Love the boat but wish I had bought some where else.

The Staff at Boat N RV were great in helping me purchase my new interceptor. They were very polite and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions, the negotiated on the price somewhat, and the delivery went as they said it would. I'm thinkin that the delivery issues that people have talked about must be kind of "one off" situations or something because mine went like clockwork. This was a great purchase and experience for me and I would highly recommend Boat N RV to any of my friends! I'm so ready for boating season now!!!

NEVER AGAIN.. AND I WOULD THINK TWICE



On August 1, 2014, I purchased a 2014 Razor 219UU from Boat and RV and I am highly frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire process. I was to have the boat in hand on 9 August, however the boat was not shipped to Georgia in time. Then on the 11th, I was told that the rigging was not for a Mercury 150 as agreed to. that in order to get the boat, I would have to settle for a Suzuki 140. The boat was finally delivered on August 21st. That isn't even the tip of the iceberg, The boat arrived without a propeller or the boat cover, manuals, warranty information or any other pertinent information which should have been in accompany of the boat and had several cosmetic issues. After more calls to the dealership to get a propeller, I was informed that they would send one. So at this point, 2 awesome weekends have passed. I received a propeller on 25 August. On 26 August, I attempted to take the boat out We launched and went about 200 yards before the engine quit! I placed a phone call back to Boat N RV, speaking with a tech before we finally got it started, as it was discovered that the kill switch was loose. Once started again, we headed off again, this time making it about 150 yards... the engine quit again. All the gauges on the dash went wild. The Tachometer is way off, just when we were idling it was showing 4000 rpm.... the speedometer didn’t work at all, the tilt/trim gauge never moved (always showed up)... and then the biggest issue... IT WOULDN'T RUN! We ended up paddling the boat back to the launch were we re-trailered the boat. The boat was brought the boat back to my house where it was parked! I informed Boat N RV that “I am done, top please make arrangements to come get this boat. I am frustrated and do not want or feel that I should have to deal with these types of issues on a NEW boat....



i was asked to take the boat to a local dealership (87 miles from my home), where it was discovered that: the System check Gauge wasn't hooked up, the Trim Gauge has internal connection problems, the fuel lines were pinched and the propeller supplied by Boat N RV was not the correct prop... So again.. no boat... this time it was Labor Day weekend...

I finally received a boat capable of putting on the 3rd week of Septmber!!!!

However, now getting it registered. Boat N RV, "forgot" to send the paperwork to the finance company, so the title is not on file at the DMV. After more calls, I finally got the title sent directly to me (13 November) so I can get this boat registered. Boat N RV has offered to come pick up the boat and return it to the factory for repairs. I will let you know how that goes......



i DO LOVE BOAT... BUT THE DEALINGS WITH THE DEALERSHIP.... UGH....

terrible service after the sell

Worst customer service ever. The experience buying the camper was fine but, we have had it for four months and it has been in the shop for two months. This last trip to them it sat there four weeks and was never touched after several phone calls to check the status. The parts were never ordered. I made many calls to the corporate GM no returned call. When we got tired of empty promises we went to get our camper and voice our concerns..they could have cared less very very disappointed highly recommend not purchasing from them!!

I would like to say how surprised I was by the customer service and knowledgeable

staff. They really understood that buying an RV is a major decision and was patience and understanding and answered all the questions we had, and we had alot! I'm so glad we decide to deal with them they made the who experience very enjoyable!

My wife and I have decided to retire so we went to get some price quotes. They weren't pushy, they didn't try to force something down our throat, and after explaining our situation to the sales guy, he even told us that we shouldn't buy a few models we were looking at because they wouldn't suit our needs very well. These guys are great and I hope to do business with them again!!!!

This place is fantastic! My sister and I are talking about going on a cross-country trip and were wanting to look into some of the larger RVs. We went into Boat n RV and were blown away, not just by their inventory, but because of the stellar customer service we received while we were there! The sales manager was so helpful and friendly, and we even found the perfect RV! There's not many places that offer such customer-oriented staff, and we were treated like the only customers in the store. Thank you, Boat n RV! We're leaving in a week!
