I went in to get my nails and individual lashes done, I told the lady upfront how I wanted them (Full) and I also told her about my contact lenses and previous visits at this shop which were unpleasant, the first time I got my individuals done here they looked ok but, something sharp kept poking me in my eye, bad part about that is I soaked them with everything to get them off with not even a budge which makes me suspect that its not eyelash glue they are using. In fact it may be mixed with nail glue because it was hard and had the same texture as hardened nail glue. Today the lady that did them spaced them out and had me looking crazy because of the fact that I told her I did not like how she did them so as she was going to add more lashes she put the white strips under my eyes, she then proceeded to poke my contact lenses out of my eye onto the strip ( the last one I had!!) And completely messed it up to where I had to dispose of them. The man told me to either let her finish or to never come back again. I will be returing to get them removed

Went to get my eyebrows done on a Saturday, lady got wax on the back of my hair trying to hurry .. then waxed some of my eyebrow off. never again
