Being a massage therapist, I not only know the benefits of regular massage, but value the special skills of an accomplished therapist! I have had several massages from Ashley, and find her techniques especially therapeutic as she delves in to the specific muscle groups that are bothering me. She uses firm pressure to release the knots and is adept at getting to the trigger points that can radiate pain. I highly recommend Ashley for your next massage as she will give you a top quality massage that will benefit and relax you.

Anytime I have had a need for relief for aches and pains from too much yardwork, lifting, etc. Vickie has always helped me.

When I've had back problems and muscle spasms from too much computer work and tension, Vickie has helped when physical therapy didn't make any improvements. I now believe in massage as maintenance as well as specific tension areas. Vickie is excellent!

Vickie's massages are very relaxing; yet she gives special attention to current muscle aches and pains. Her office decor is "soothing" to both the eye and the spirit. She is a person who genuinely cares about her clients.

When I came to Avenues for Health I was a mess. I have chronic daily intractable migraines and have had them for four years with very little relief. Vickie is an attentive, professional and truly knowledgeable masseur. Since I started seeing Vickie my pain has notably decreased. Her vast understanding of how the body works is the reason for my relief. Not only is my pain more manageable but my stress levels have decreased as well. She is kindhearted and finds great personal fulfillment in helping others. My entire family now sees Vickie for therapeutic massage and when anyone has an ache or pain it is not uncommon to hear someone say "You should ask Vickie about it". Through my struggle with chronic pain I have tried many different masseurs and hands down Vickie is the best!
