My husband and I went to the Ames office to change our addresses. They took one look at my husband with one arm and demanded he drive! He has driven 37 years and passed all driving tests with one arm. He just renewed his license in Feb. He used to drive semi's with one arm and passed that test! She was rude and looking for a fight from moment one. She failed him on his driving because "He was too cautious"-he didn't speed up fast enough when the light turned green! For that he failed!!! A side note-he has rods in his back due to kidney cancer; he does everything more slowly and cautiously due to the pain. She said, and I quote, "driving too cautiously is as bad as driving too recklessly". Rude beyond belief and very, very slow and inefficient. I don't know has they keep their jobs. I would give no stars if possible.
