Nov 2012. Had service and repair work done on my camry. Great customer service throughout the process. I brought it to Wilson Toyota without question, because the last two visits were great too. I first brought my car here, based on a friend's recommendation and it was a good one. Professional. Efficient. Good hours that allow me to make it from Des Moines after work. In my experience, the service staff fully informed me of my options and were honest about the value. One of the reasons I trust them is precisely because they are not pushy about selling extra service. I feel much better taking my toyota to the dealership because I know they stand behind their work. My car is driving like a dream again, and as far as I can tell, the fit and finish is perfect.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. SELLS CARS THAT THEY DO NOT CERTIFY. UNQUALIFIED MECHANICS APPARENTLY OR THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SOLD A VAN THAT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION REPLACED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF THE PURCHASE....WHEN YOU THINK OF THIS DEALERSHIP..........LET THE BUYER BEWARE COMES TO MIND SEEK YOUR AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE ELSEWHERE

This dealership's service department is all about making $$$. If they can find some way to charge you, they will. I won't get into my experience with them but it might be worth your time and gas to take your vehicle to Des Moines Toyota. Or find another option in the Ames area. ######Be cautions of their "legally I can charge you up to $50 without calling you and asking you to perform a service." statements. They took a $57 charge (performed on my vehicle without asking me) down to $49.50, just under the limits of the $50 and stuck it to me. It's a joke there. Just thought I would warn anyone I can. Lucky for me I wasn't having anything major done. The vehicle is still under warranty and they are charging me???######Good luck

I have a newer GM car and I did a bunch of research online to find out why I was losing fuel mileage. The results stated that my cat converter was plugging up and it was a problem. I had them look at it and they told me that the problem was the cold weather. I went somewhere else and had my cat replaced and voila! my fuel mileage returned. Make sure you do your research before going there.
